My partner and I had the most wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were spotless and had an amazing European feel. We loved the delicious breakfast they offered every morning and the friendly staff who made us feel at home. We couldn't believe how easy it was to get around as the hotel was located in a perfect spot close to a big shopping center and a night-market that we enjoyed exploring. Plus, it was just a short taxi ride to a beautiful lake!
One of them was that the staff didn't speak English very well, which made it a bit difficult to communicate.

The rooms were clean and had a European feel to them, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast at the hotel was great, offering a good variety of options to choose from.- The hotel was conveniently located near a big Mall, making it easy to find shops and restaurants nearby.- The taxi fare to the famous West Lake was reasonably priced at around 10€.- The hotel staff, while not fluent in English, were still friendly and accommodating.- There was a fantastic night-market near the University, providing guests with an exciting evening activity.- Being only a 90-minute train ride away from Shanghai, it was convenient for guests to explore another city during their stay.
One drawback during my stay was that the hotel staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it a bit challenging to convey certain requests or ask for assistance. The hotel had a problem with the electricity in my room, which caused inconvenience.

We stayed in a hotel for a week. the location was great, with a big mall and night market nearby. the rooms were clean and had a nice European feel. the breakfast was delicious and the staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly and helpful. We even got a free upgrade when we had a problem with the electricity in our room.
The hotel lacked proper English-speaking staff.
